We are looking for an administration team member to perform the daily document scanning tasks assigned and troubleshoot any issues. This part-time role is based in Mansfield, Ohio, working closely with and reporting to the Marketing and Communications Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Work safely and ethically alone and as part of a team
  • Closely adhere to safety and security standards and procedures
  • Complete assigned work in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Work with confidential information requiring discretion
  • Handle volumes of documents from various locations and move to storage as processed
  • Consistently finalize tasks with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Accurately perform quality control checks

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Intuitive with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Experience using an EPSON sheetfed scanner and editing software or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting software and scanner settings
  • Experience with file naming and management on a desktop and in a web browser

WORKING CONDITIONS AND WORK HOURS

  • Daily 4-8 hours. Weekly 20-30 hours.
